The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BoEE), on July 10, 2025, issued the Draft Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Label Particulars) Regulations, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
• Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Director General of Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, 4th Floor, Sewa Bhawan, R.K. Puram, Sector-1, New Delhi-110066 through post and email at [email protected]; or before August 10, 2025.
• The objective of these regulations is to specify the essential particulars and information that must be displayed on labels.
• The design, colour, size, content, and placement of label shall be as specified in the Schedule A annexed to these regulations.
